Each subscriber will be automatically credited a €10 voucher that can be spent at check-out with a minimum purchase of €60.
We offer standard delivery at cost of €9.90. Shipping is free with a minimum purchase of €60. You order will be processed in 1 working day and delivered in 2/3 working days. For islands or distant destinations, delivery may take an additional 48 to 72 hours.
Buy safely by choosing your preferred method of payment: credit card or prepaid card, PayPal account or TT in advance. Our platforms for card payments are Stripe and PayPal.
If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, you will have 14 days from the day of the delivery to request and arrange a return.
Products must be in their original unopened packaging, unused and returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. We cannot accept products with a broken seal. If you would like to return an order, please send us a message via the CONTACT US section indicating the the order number, the reason for the return and the type of refund you would like.
We will contact you back and provide you with the shipping address for the goods.
We suggest using a courier with a tracking service as the client is liable for the shipment until the goods return to our warehouse. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
